Kinetic Chain Release is a simple, yet extremely effective system of medically and scientifically recognised and approved series of gentle mobilisations and stretches, as developed by Scottish Physiotherapist Hugh Gilbert.

You will be taught the complete, twenty three step Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) protocol in a classroom setting with hands-on experience.
