? When People Leave You Feeling Uncomfortable | 1:00 PM - 1:30 PM
Some interactions stay with you long after they end. This workshop explores what happens when another person leaves you feeling unsettled, drained or unsure of yourself, and how to recognise, ground and respond without carrying it with you all day.
? Why Can’t I Properly Switch Off? | 1:30 PM - 2:00 PM
You know you need rest, but stopping can bring guilt, worry or a head still racing through unfinished jobs. This session looks at why switching off can feel so difficult and how to create rest that actually restores you.
? Too Busy to Get Properly Organised | 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM
When your mind is racing, getting organised can feel like one more impossible task. This workshop focuses on practical ways to slow the mental swirl, clear the clutter and create systems that work in real life.
All three workshops are included in your £3.50 entry, along with a complimentary hot drink on arrival.
