Welcome back to my weekly Metaphysical blog. Before I get going highlighting some of things I have come across on the net over the last week, I just want write about Unity Consciousness and Ascension.
In my last article I gave you a flavour of how the Mayans viewed the ascension process and the year that everybody is talking about, 2012. I agree that this year will herald a great change for humanity but we must not loose sight that each day is also equally important from a personal perspective. The 21/12/2012 is the date that the Earth herself will have completed her personal ascension.
Our sun will again be aligned with the plane of our galaxy, something that only happens approximately every 26,000 years. This is a huge astronomical event. Getting back to our personal ascension though. Each of us are also working towards our own ascension whether you are aware of it or not, of course there will be some who have actively chosen not take part in this process. One's ascension can be looked apon as your own spiritual progression. Many of you will already be on your spiritual path. The key is to work on yourself and let go of any issues that are holding you back. Are you still carrying unresolved anger towards another or situations in your life. If you are, then you will need to work on it and let it go. The more we let go of any deep seated negative emotions, such as anger, hatred, jealousy and fear, the more we start to lighten up, and quite literally. Our vibration increases and we start to change. Your thoughts will become much more loving, your mind will start to have much more spiritual clarity. You start to see things from a much higher and broader perspective. If you were a person who previously enjoyed bickering about other people or spreading gossip, then don't be surprised to now find these scenarios extremely trivial and petty and will no longer serve you.
The Divine cosmic law will now attract situations and people who are much more aligned with your way of thinking. Old friendships based on largely judgmental behaviours will drop away. One of the traps many of us fall into is that we take our roles far too seriously. The personality who is you in this life is only a minuscule facet of who you truly are. If we allow this small facet to become so important to us then the bigger picture will be left out of site. For example, all of a sudden we believe so wholeheartedly that we're the most powerful bully who everybody should respect. We start to over-play the role so much, that we're prepared to notch up karmic dept for it and perhaps experience the end result of this behaviour in a future life time. How our memory is so short.
Once we progress on our spiritual journey we realise that we only have ourselves to hurt and blame in the long run. What many of us have forgotten as that WE ARE ALL ONE. We are all part of the infinite creator who has divided itself into universes, galaxy's, stars, planets, people, animals, plants and more. We are the experiencing part of the creator. Programmed into each spark is the desire to return back to unity. All we need to do is simply remember. The Earth has given us an opportunity to move back into this long forgotten state of Unity awareness. Why wait until 2012 or to reincarnate again to achieve this state of bliss. We can walk this path right now.
To do this it's extremely important to watch your thoughts, your spoken words and even the tone of your voice, is it too harsh and menacing?. Thoughts and words carry vibrations. Most people are much further along the spiritual road by refraining from judging people by words but to truly progress you need to curb your thoughts also. Remember, thoughts carry waves of energy out into the universe, who will lovingly draw experiences of the same wave length and quality back to you to confirm your outlook on life. By remembering that you ARE ONE with ALL THAT IS, it's much easier to condition your personality mind towards acceptance of others and to love everybody as you would love your nearest and dearest and how you would want to be loved yourself. It's just an illusion that we are separate. You don't need to go out and tell strangers that you love them, but try to look at others from the heart, look at the person as being you or a small child that needs care and attention. Would you like somebody to judge and hurt you, of course not. Obviously we are human and by our very nature we are not perfect, otherwise there would be no point in being here. We can't be expected to be saintly in every situation but we can make a start one day at a time. In time we will see the world with new eyes.
Symptoms.
I have been working through this process for a few years now. I would be the first to admit it hasn't been easy and I have no idea how far I have come. It does seem that the more you learn or seek the more there is to learn. Things would get very boring if we reach a plateau, so I'm grateful for it to be this way.
One of the symptoms that I have experienced is that the raising of one's vibration does make you much more sensitive to others around you. It's important that you work through and release any issues in order to become balanced. I would recommend not taking this journey until you have resolved any addictions to drugs or alcohol as it's important to work from a balanced mind set.
I really feel the negative emotions projected by others around me, I get a real sense of negativity around people which allows me to give them a wide birth. Even negative words such as sware words cause my solar plexus to go into overdrive. If I'm walking along the street and somebody in the distance is swearing down their cell phone, the negative waves from this hit me hard and cause my own vibration to wobble. I have had to learn
to let these go and not hold-on to them, otherwise I risked absorbing them. I'm sure many of you have had your own experiences.

Return of our Ancestors Ceremony
A ceremony is taking place in Arizona, April 2009 to help honour the Earths ascension process. Up to 100 indigenous tribes are coming together to take part in the event. These tribes are the living keepers of knowledge on the planet. We have much to learn from them one day when we are ready as a collective to listen to them. Details of the event is below.

A historic International multicultural gathering and sacred pilgrimage welcomes Indigenous Elders and Future Wisdom Keepers representing the seven continents of Mother Earth, beginning Earth Day weekend, April 18-28, 2009 throughout Northern Arizona. The intention is to unite and share their visions and prophesized ceremonies of 500 years of peace and harmony for Mother Earth and all humanity.
The goal of the Institute for Cultural Awareness is to sponsor 72 or more global spiritual/cultural leaders and at least 28 youth council leaders from around the world. These Wisdom Keepers will share a harvest of harmonic wisdom and understandings that will enable the world to fulfil the prophecies of the ancestors. This gathering’s commitment to ceremony, as a focal point, offers young spiritual men and women of the world the privilege to witness councils sharing their original teachings and wisdom from the ancestors; fulfilling our spiritual purpose, thus birthing clear decisions and manifesting a conduit of hope for the future wisdom keepers of the world.
Humanity has waited for the day of peace and harmony in this world for thousands of years. We are moving in a new direction for present civilizations to reawaken and heal our ancestral memories to the fullest potentials. The time has come for each individual to look for the healing of their Ancestral memories, for a new direction to move forward. Through reconnection to all of the ancestral memories, the seen and unseen from the past, present and future unfold. A proclamation will be made for the ancestral memories to be healed for all time and space.
